Last Tuesday was (finally) sleepover day! Had a shopping trip to Sheng Siong, Kak Mai's favourite shopping centre where I discovered (the extent of) my lack of knowledge about vegetables, noodles, stock cubes, and the likes. I mean like why do I need to know about these things when I'm going to marry the son of or some relative of the Sultan of Brunei. OH did you know that a couple of his kids studied at rj?! I didn't. I should've been born earlier so we could've crossed paths. Damn.
I digress. So anyway we went to my house and started cooking! Ok ok you can cover your gaping mouths now. Kak Mai started cooking her tomyam with her still-alive prawns (I think they only died when she dumped them in the pot of boiling water) while me and Arina made cupcakes! Actually we were just following Kak Mai's step-by-step instructions. Didn't turn out too bad at all, minus the icing. As we were making the icing the texture wasn't right and Kak Mai said just keep adding sugar so we ONLY used about say, 390213820184309248 grams of sugar?
This is an ugly picture of the cupcakes, they really don't look that bad. The nicer pictures are with Arina who has yet to send me tsk tsk shame on her. They were really yummy too but I had to scrape off most of the icing because like I said, we only used 390213820184309248 grams of sugar. Had tomyam for dinner and Kak Mai was sad because she accidentally added lemon lime (I didn't know there was such a thing hello why can't you decide whether to be lime or lemon. Why must you be both) skin so it was a bit bitter haha. After that we chillaxed in my room and did nonsense things like watch tv paint our nails stalk people on facebook watched Leap Years (haha) played cards talked and finally slept close to 5am.

Kak Mai was planning to cook pasta for breakfast but she woke up close to 1pm. Banyak punye breakfast. But we did cook it in the end. We meaning Kak Mai, while me and Arina boiled the pasta. It was hard work. This is Kak Mai's "candid" maid pose with her apron.  
Because she's the only one with long hair, shampoo ad is a must.
